Return & Refund Policy

At Honey and Muse Collective, we want you to love your purchase! All of our products are made-to-order with care, which means each item is created especially for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been produced to your specifications. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at honey.and.muse.collective@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at honey.and.muse.collective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
